Background

Precision Cleanrooms are a specialist cleanroom contractor who provide turn key project delivery and ongoing support through the life of a facility.

Brief

Precision Cleanrooms required a modular cleanroom solution for their client, GE Sensing EMEA who are headquartered in Ireland and manufacture electronic components including antennas, switches, and waveguides.
The modular cleanroom solution had to incorporate return air ducts from the partition system, flush glazing, integrated cleanroom door sets and walk on ceiling.

Solution

The proven M65 mono-bloc wall panel was selected in conjunction with the MIDDAS MWOC walk on ceiling system.

The wall panels and ceiling planks were supplied ready to install, with factory formed cut outs for services and equipment penetrations, significantly reducing site construction activity. (very important when delivering an international project)

The flush vision panels were sized to align with the existing widows in the facility, again preengineered.
