BACKGROUND
Chelsea FC is a professional football club, competing in the English Premier League. Founded in 1905, the club’s home is Stamford Bridge in West London, one of the oldest football grounds in the country.
BRIEF
Chelsea FC required a fully demountable fire rated partition system and access doors that could be installed on match days to allow a safe access route to and from their Restricted Access Stand. The partition had to be fully removable for non-match days to allow use of the area for functions and corporate events.
SOLUTION
The proven M100 Fire Rated wall system which has been independently tested as a complete system was selected for the project.
THE M100 is a fully modular system that was designed to fit the site constraints of the football ground and incorporated fire rated door sets and flush glazed vision panels.
Being of modular construction the MIDDAS M100 system could easily be removed and reinstated to meet the usage demands of the football club.
