BACKGROUND
Addison Engineering Co. is the founding member of the Addison Group of specialist engineering companies. Established in 1980 by Alan Addison, they have implemented a highly successful growth strategy that has seen expansion in capability, capacity and technology. This has recently resulted in the opening of a new purpose built, state of the art machine shop, opened in February 2014 by the Prime Minister Mr. David Cameron. Utilising the very latest machine tools, programming software and state-of-the-art measurement and inspection equipment, Addison leads the way in providing solutions, engineered with precision.
BRIEF
A requirement for offices within the newly built machine shop to provide a controlled environment for state-of-the-art, precision measuring equipment. Integration of electrical & data service outlets and air-conditioning equipment to maintain clean lines and compliment the modern environment.
SOLUTION
MIDDAS were able to provide our M100 bi-panel, wall system and MCT metal pan suspended ceiling to meet all requirements for the project. Utilising our lattice beam ceiling supports a self- contained, free-standing enclosure could be provided, with door sets and flush glazing to complete the clean look of the finished project.
