Our Background
We were founded from a desire to bring new levels of quality in both product and service to the market and have a rich history in partitioning products. We cut our engineering teeth on projects with prestigious clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Barclays and Doha University (to name only a few), and have since wanted to challenge the approach to the design and manufacture of relocatable systems.
To respond to a common problem in the industry with lack of design flexibility, we’ve developed a proactive, adaptable design and manufacture process that has its roots in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). We work with your project team to ‘design right’ from the outset, so that your project is delivered to site ready for installation. Every detail, no matter how big or small, will be carefully considered and designed into your final system configuration. Our service is all encompassing from project conception to completion. We take a detailed brief and our designers work with you to create highly detailed 3D modelling in BIM 360.
Our support doesn’t stop once your project is complete. We’re on hand to support you with additional post-installation project requirements.

Designed for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA)
We focus on maximising manufacturing efficiencies, following the engineering principles of Designed for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA). We manufacture to precise project specifications to reduce waste from integrated services penetrations, with no additional on-site modifications required.
Performance
Our fully modular and reconfigurable systems are designed to complement one another and integrate seamlessly with third party systems. They are robust and have been rigorously tested to all relevant British Standards.
Sustainability
We use highly recyclable materials and continuously look to improve the sustainability of our materials. Our steel-based systems can be reused and recycled, leaving a truly sustainable legacy for host buildings.
Speed to Market
We have a flexible design process and aim to deliver your project in up to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity. Steel framework is supplied early for first fix and our panels are delivered fully finished, ready for quick installation.
