Performance driven steel partitioning systems | MIDDAS Demountable, steel partitioning systems Demountable Partitioning Solutions - MIDDAS partitioning UK

Working closely with Ridge Architects, MIDDAS have been selected by Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team to design and manufacture a new cleanroom suite at their Brackley campus.

The modular MIDDAS cleanroom system with flush glazed door sets and vision panels will be designed in BIM and fully manufactured off site ready for assembly, significantly reducing construction activity on site and providing a clean build solution.

As part of our recent project at the BUPA hospital the client had a specific brief for flush glazed sliding door sets requiring manual synchronised opening with flush glazed side panels where all of the glass had to achieve switchable opacity, allowing privacy to be achieved at the touch of a button as well as meeting the hygienic requirements for a critical care facility.

More and more we are being asked to provide commercial interiors without a cleanroom in sight. Our demountable partitions ensure flexibility throughout the life of a facility as they can be simply reconfigured or dismantled and relocated for reuse or recycled when not required (no demolition or construction waste).

Our latest case study covers another critical healthcare project for the Royal Free Hospital, London where we built one of the UK’s largest off-site Sterile Services Departments within an existing industrial building with all important transport links.

The MIDDAS structural framework for our M100 non- progressive bi panel partition system not only supports our pre finished wall panels but is designed to allow services to be easily routed through it and can be configured to support and integrate process and HVAC services into the cleanroom envelope, all pre engineered off site ready to install.

MIDDAS Free-Standing Pods have been installed for critical activities (temperature, acoustic and environmentally controlled) within a major Automotive facility here in the UK. The MIDDAS Free-Standing Pods have integral framework that is designed to support distributed services, the MIDDAS pod cap and suspended ceiling below.

Great to hear during yesterday’s Government briefing that one of our recent cleanroom projects with ISO 4 and ISO7 classifications is playing a key part in the fight against COVID 19.

Due to ongoing pharmaceutical and healthcare projects and increased demand for our Cleanroom products, our factory is still fully operational but with capacity for Partitions, Doors and Ceilings; fully fire rated if required.

Having identified MIDDAS as a supplier of demountable fire rated partitions. Chelsea FC are delighted with the end result designed, manufactured and installed by MIDDAS.

Development and testing of the MIDDAS flagship, M100 bi-panel system continues at a relentless pace with the latest focus being sound insulation performance.

Its go good when you see a project from initial sketches and basic outlines to the facility nearing completion. Scale is lost on a drawing and it’s only when you walk through a project you appreciate the full scope and how those details really work.

The MIDDAS framework negated the need for secondary steel work, with all services being distributed from the MIDDAS free standing structure.

A very topical update in light of today’s news that fire doors from five manufacturers have been withdrawn from the market after failing post-Grenfell safety tests.

With fire safety absolutely central to all of MIDDAS’ product offering it’s fair to say we were incredibly sensitive not to jump on the post-Grenfell outcry

We can’t believe how quickly time goes and the positive follow ups we’ve had since opening the doors of our new office/showroom during the recent Clerkenwell Design Week.

MIDDAS are now being considered for specialist office fit out projects where fire rating, demountability and height are key drivers, alongside our traditional cleanroom, healthcare and industrial projects.

It’s great to see the MIDDAS structural frame work supporting the distributed services for the new Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust CSSD facility.

MIDDAS have developed the proven M100 wall system to include structural beams offering free-standing facilities for offices through to complex cleanrooms, laboratories and advanced manufacturing facilities.
