As a Post Graduate in Mechanical & Production Engineering Trevor brings 25 years of experience in the design of front of house, cleanrooms, containment suites, laboratories, controlled environments and manufacturing facilities. Having worked at Daw Technologies, M+W Zander and PM Group across multiple industries including Semiconductors, Pharmaceutical, Food, Healthcare, Mission critical, Automotive, Aerospace, Composites, Batteries and Advanced Manufacturing. He has successfully delivered projects for Intel, AMD, ATMEL, BAE, Rolls Royce, Airbus, GSK, Astra Zeneca, NHS, HPA, DSTL, MOD, Mars, Coca-Cola, Nissan, JLR and TATA.
With an excellent knowledge of Regulated Industries and Lean Manufacturing as well as having contributed to ISO Standards and Industry Guidelines, Trevor brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge to the MIDDAS team.

During a career of nearly Twenty Five years in the service sector and hospitality industry; Cameron was a consultant for Deloitte before co-founding and steering one of the World’s iconic music & media brands, fabric London.
With exceptional experience of the challenges of start-up and growth stages of business he will be assisting with the strategic direction of MIDDAS with a focus on the sales, marketing and service excellence that MIDDAS has underpinned as one of its primary goals.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has spent his career advising banks and developers on some of the largest projects in the UK and Europe.
Joe brings 20 years of experience to MIDDAS in business generation, growth strategy and an appreciation of the need to understand and establish a client brief so expectations are met.
Joe, sits on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor’s Construction iSurv editorial board, developing knowledge centres to circa 100,000 members and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, providing support and mentorship to a number of high level business leaders.
Joe is a non-executive Director of MIDDAS Interior Solutions, his other Directorships include property development, construction advisory, due diligence, legal practice and funding organizations.
He is a past owner and Director of Torquay United Football Club and in 2011 he accepted the Freedom of the City of London.
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Over 45 years in the Partition and Interior Contracting business starting with Norwood Steel Partitions, RVP (Roneo Vickers Partitions), Unilock Tennon and Thrislington Group.
Prior to joining MIDDAS John was the Managing Director, Middle East for Humanscale and prior to that also Managing Director, Middle East for Bene A/G from Austria, the largest independent office furniture and partition producer in Europe. John spent 26 years living and working across the Middle East and was involved with winning and delivering numerous high-profile projects such as the Kuwait Ministry of Water, Kuwait Ministry of Electricity, Kuwait Airways Jumbo Hanger, Kuwait Customs Ministry H/Q, King Saud University Campus Al Kassim (Saudi), Ministry of Currency Affairs in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi and Petronus H/Q (Kuala Lumpur).
John has a degree in International Business Management, exceptional experience of running large companies and delivering major projects across Europe, Middle East and African regions.
John has joined MIDDAS to focus on developing the company’s presence in mainland Europe and the Middle East.
Twenty years in the engineering industry of which most have been spent in demountable partitioning.
An apprenticeship in CNC machine programming & operating for Keysan Partitions and NT Partition Systems before progressing into Production Control and Quality Management.
Eventually the passion for engineering took him into an R&D role with Norwood Interior Solutions, putting the various systems through the arduous British and European testing criteria for structural, acoustic and fire performance requirements.
2012 & 2013 saw his involvement in the testing of some industry firsts with 5m high 1hr & 2hr fire rated wall developments bringing accolades from Peter Jackman of International Fire Consultants Ltd, the first partition wall to achieve ACPO BR4 accreditation and glazed walk-on ceiling panel testing to achieve ACR(M)001:2011 classification.
PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER
From graduating with a Degree in Product Design Chris began his engineering career working for a mechanical design consultancy where he gained over 4 years’ experience in multiple sectors and industries such as tool design, bespoke machine design to technical drawing.
Chris is adept in working with 3D software which has giving him the opportunity to work for some high-profile customers such as Jaguar Land Rover, Borg Warner, Bentley, VW, Rolls Royce and Orbital Global Solutions.
Always hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities Chris has now taken on the challenge of mastering the BIM industry.
Rachael is an experienced project manager and strong administration professional with a demonstrated history of working within the construction industry. Her skills in purchasing, negotiation, budgeting and account management have been developed whilst working with the likes of Aggregate Industries and UK Nationwide Skip Hire.
Whilst Rachael will cover sales/marketing, purchasing and logistics her key focus will be on obtaining and maintaining various accreditations and using her previous experience of Achilles management she will take the lead in developing our ISO quality system.
